During 2023 we were relocating and the daunting task of scoping, sourcing, and implementing the new servers and network systems was ably assisted by the team at ENS. The ENS team led us through the tricky decisions of what servers and network we would require, especially trying to predict what the future needs of our business would be. By reflecting on the growth and changes in technology over the previous decade, we settled on what will serve us for the next good few years.
Once the servers and network hardware were procured, the commissioning phase was undertaken, bringing all the myriad of printers, users, files, and software across, while ensuring MGC Logistics suffered no ill effects in terms of business continuity. The team at ENS provided us with a workable timetable, and made sure that each phase of the transfer worked smoothly, often scheduling moving from old to new out of business hours. The fact that many of our end users were unaware of the move is testament to the smoothness of the transfer.
The whole process has been seamless and stress free, a testament to the open and clear communication with ENS, and their professionalism in delivering such a potentially tricky project is 1st class. We look forward to our continued workings in the future. Would Highly recommend!
